Don’t buy.

Even with update, sessions don’t load. Incredibly frustrating for what should be a relaxing app.

I really like this app but….

For some reason the last few weeks it has taken 5 or 6 tries every night to get my session to load.

A lifeline

I’ve been struggling with a gaslighting family dynamic and being the scapegoat for everyone’s unhappiness, keeping me blocked, ineffective, bad and wrong. My blood pressure was consistently 160/120, I couldn’t sleep, hold down a job for more than a few months, zero confidence, and honestly only staying alive for the sake of my dog. This app has helped me when I couldn’t afford therapy. Within a couple of days, I felt hopeful for my future, and could see a path forward. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

A type of age regression therapy. Define the feeling causing your problem and recognize when and why you first felt that way and communicate with and support that child. Become now the adult your inner child needed.

Hi there We are so happy that you loved the old sessions, and that you 6 years after we released this version still thinks about them. Actually it's the same sessions. The narrator is just different. Is there an specific session you remember as especially good? Some of the sessions has new names, and I might be able to guide you to the ones you heard before. The old apps had 2 free sessions, the rest was single sessions that you could purchase. Let me know and I'll see what I can do. The best app for People with DPR and OCD

Hi I’ve been using this app every night and I’ve been suffering with intrusive thoughts. I also been suffering with dissociation (outer body experience) this app has helped me with so many struggles. It reminds me that I’m worthy and to snap out of it. If you suffer with OCD or intrusive thoughts I highly recommend.The only downfall is if you selected something specific it may not be up within 3days you have to pay for it sadly . I think they should have from each category have at least one free audio.

“focussed guided meditations”

the sessions have been very helpful with my self-development journey. unlearning the conditioned self-loathing can now be replaced with practical thoughts to reorient trust with the self :)

-1 star bc the app requires a lot of work re: navigation, help docs, and more transparent / direct approaches. still cute

Wonderful App

This app has helped me on my journey to becoming a better me! It’s a positive aid in many mental blockages I have had since my trauma. I would recommend using this app to anyone because of natural relaxation effects it has on the body.
