App not responding
This Sleep Well app has stopped working since the three November 2025 "updates". It used to offer one free track and the rest were by subscription. Until 22 November it wouldn't even open at all. With the latest update (1.4.80) it opens but the free "Fall Asleep Fast" track isn't there. I've tried reinstalling it but still same problem. I have bought several of their other (£££) hypnosis tracks via their other Hypnosis Downloads app and I feel dismayed that I can no longer access the free "Fall Asleep Fast" track on this app. Please fix it.

He just stops talking..
I figured I’d try this before buying… put in the ear buds, got comfy.. he’s talking and I’m waiting for the actual relax part to fall asleep and.. after he’s talking about stuff, silence.. kinda weird.. nice voice tho…

Hi there, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry for the negative experience you had with the Sleep Well app. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It sounds like your app is not playing the audio in full. This can often be fixed by deleting the app from your device and then reinstalling it. Please also make sure you are playing either of the Fall Asleep Fast sessions (the 'Please Listen First' audio is intended as an introduction to uncommon hypnosis, and is not the sleep hypnosis session). Subscription didn’t work
I paid for the subscription to get the extra sessions but they didn’t load. I was in communication with someone at the support team but they were unable to resolve the issue (the final response was “Billing for the Sleep Well app is handled through Apple's App Store, so I can neither see nor affect your subscription.”). So the money was taken but no service received. They have stopped replying to my emails. This is so frustrating and disappointing.
