Unable to use the app
My job is signed up for this so when I’m at work I use it on the desktop. Saw there is an app, tried to login, says wrong email or password. Reset password, still same problem.
Great idea terrible app
App will not keep you logged in, the fields to to type in your log in info does not connect to auto fill so you either have to remember and manually type in you email and password each time or open the setting app and get in to passwords and cut and paste. THEN if there’s a long message with graphics you can’t even view the whole message in the app, you need to go back to your browser and log into Hello Team (the fields do connect to auto fill there) and then you can view the whole message.
Also on the app the Home Screen is just the high fives and birthday NOT the important new updates or messages (which are weirdly under the title ‘news’), you need to go search for those even if you were directed to the Hello Team app via an email with part of the important message and clicked the ‘read more’ button at the bottom that should, like other social media type apps that email you, bring you right to the full message with in the app.
The whole thing is a giant waste of time as it’d be easier to just get an email and read it have have people reply to that.
The only thing it’s nice for is surveys.

Finally, engagement on the go!
I love that the HelloTeam app makes it easy to give high-fives and take surveys right from my device. If you are a HelloTeam customer, I’d highly recommend checking out the app.
