HelloVan connects customers with pre-registered and verified carriers (Vanners) to transport and assemble furniture and decor purchases. It simplifies the process of getting your new items home and set up.

How does the pricing work?

The app features an automatic price calculator that estimates service costs based on the distance between the purchase location and your delivery address, as well as the quantity of items. Assembly services are priced based on the cost of the items to be assembled.

What types of services are available?

HelloVan offers two main service types: 'RESERVA' for scheduled deliveries and assembly, allowing you to choose a carrier and delivery slot from the next day onwards. 'EXPRESS' service allows you to request an immediate carrier based on availability and proximity.

How are the carriers vetted?

Each carrier on the platform has a verified social profile. The platform itself registers and verifies each Vanner, providing customers with useful information such as vehicle photos, license plate, profile pictures, ratings, and vehicle capacity before booking.

Can I use HelloVan for more than just new purchases?

Yes, in addition to transporting and assembling new purchases, the platform can also be used to pick up used furniture and deposit it at the nearest recycling point.
