Rubbish

Horrible app. Does NOT work and Hennepin Arts don’t care. They get their grubby hands on the money and could care less if we get our tickets. It’s pathetic.

Extreme bugs

The app is extremely buggy with each update something new goes wrong. Recent update now just flashes the tickets after trying to login to the accounts making it unusable. Unfortunately the significant number of low reviews is well deserved.

Unacceptably buggy

Can’t believe this app was released to the public. I get nothing but errors when trying to accept a ticket transfer.

Worst App

This app is not worth the trouble. It takes an excruciating amount of time to log in. When trying to exchange tickets, there is no easy way to navigate between show dates without basically having to start over. The app is so frustrating, it really makes me rethink buying season tickets for the Broadway shows at the Orpheum. It was easier to make exchanges in the early 2000s, fr. How are we regressing?

Ticket exchanges are a pain

If you are trying to exchange your ticket for another show, this app is terrible. You generally need to try 5 times to get it to work.

Difficult to search

App isn’t very functional. And why bother when ticketing is already done through Ticketmaster?

Unnecessary

I don’t quite understand why this app exists as it essentially links to the website, while making the whole experience more “clunky”. Not everything needs an app and this is a good example of an unnecessary one.

Worst App Ever

0 stars. Application doesn’t provide any useful service. 100% garbage. Had to enter 1 star to submit review, but it’s really 0. Skip.

Cannot load my tickets

I have a show soon. Where’s the fix?

Garbage

App is mostly worthless. Rarely can I get the view ticket and download to work. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Logged on and off. Sometimes doesn’t update your personal profile for months.

Not sure why it can’t get fixed

Same issues as others report here with a complete inability to view or download tickets on the app even though in all communications they push you to the app. Have to go thru the mobile browser to view tickets. With issues going back months with multiple app updates since, it’s worrying still have these issues; it just builds the frustration.

Doesn’t Connect

When it works, it’s great, but it’s about 30% of the time. To be fair, anything connecting to Ticketmaster is bad news . For the #1 ticketing site, it’s astounding that they can’t figure it out.

Most common error message:

Something went wrong...
The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format

Exchanging tickets

I am so frustrated and am not able to get any help online or by phone.
This is a HORRIBLE system!!!!!

Why does this exist?

Was told I needed to download this app to receive my ticket…which went straight to my Ticketmaster account on the Ticketmaster website anyway. Seems like a data harvesting scam to make you accept another useless app.

Updated app doesn’t work at all

Will wait for another “new” app before downloading again.

Very buggy

Errors for over a month. Can’t get my tickets to update when I exchanged dates.

No longer works

Now get error message “data can’t be read because in the wrong format”. Sent a message over to support and no reply. I guess the best option is to just use browser on phone and save into wallet. Can’t access anything from app for tickets anymore.

Does what it needs to do

Was able to log into ticketmaster account and download tickets to my apple wallet, so it did what I needed it to do. Concerts/events are listed in chronological order, which seems reasonable. Don’t worry about negative reviews, just enjoy the show!

Inefficient, time consuming without a search ability

Concerts (events) should be listed in performer alphabetical order. Failing that, there should be a search field to find performers of interest; to check on event status.
