Cannot Reach Their Box Office
We have tickets to a show in three hours. There is a winter storm warning with no travel advised. I tried to contact the theater for options, ie, exchange the tickets for another performance. Their Box Office does not take calls until an hour before show time. That’s past the time we would need to leave our house to be on time.

Terrible app
What a poorly written app, nothing is straightforward and when you finally do figure out how to get to your tickets there’s no way to add them to Apple wallet.

I’ve tried logging in multiple times and it doesn’t work. And yes, I’m using the correct login information.
