A disaster
The are so many errors … just one for all .. to give you the sense of how poor has been the development and how non existing has been the release candidate version test:
can you imagine that your entire list of international phone prefix is wrong ?
Italy is +39 and the list report +41 that is Switzerland… you wanna know what you in Switzerland.. discover by yourself .. after firing whoever did this app..

Dissapointed
It advertises discounts from various shops within the airport. So far no shop (out of 3 I tried at) accepted to scan the qr code, the sellers at the counter efectively refused scanning it, allthough they specifically appear as partners. They reasons were like “discounts are applied, but not in this location”(false, there are even pictures of the actual shop inthe app), “we cannot scan the qr because the scanner is not working”, or even better “the products you bought (which is basically food at restaurants) do not fall within the campaign”. As expected greed for profit and lack of respect for customers of airport shops render it useless. But then again why should someone care?!

Apreciez foarte mult aplicația, este extrem de utilă, mai ales prin notificările push primite pe Apple Watch și iPhone în momente-cheie, precum deschiderea porților, îmbarcarea, aterizarea sau decolarea aeronavei. Mi-ar plăcea foarte mult dacă ați putea adăuga suport pentru *Live Activities*, astfel încât informațiile despre zborul urmărit să fie afișate în timp real pe ecranul telefonului, începând cu trei ore înainte de îmbarcare, iar pe Apple Watch să apară de-asemenea detalii relevante despre zbor-activități live.

Mizerie de aplicație
Aplicația nu are aproape nimic în comun cu realitatea. Nu sunt anunțate întârzierile, zborurile sunt declarate decolate cat ele încă nici nu au început îmbarcarea … și lista poate continua.
Să vă fie rușine ca de atâția ani nu ați reușit să o faceți performanță.

I’m boarding the aircraft and the app still cant tell me what gate we are boarding from. Useless.

Just don't rely on it search the web instead for flights schedule updates. No updated info - a time waster.

App is not working properly
The app is showing the flight departed, but the flight did not started the boarding yet. This happens for delayed flights. Also the table in the airport is showing estimated departure time different then the time app shows.

Used to work, good for discounts
Since about a year ago if I click on the menu button nothing happens. I reinstalled the app, same behavior. Not being able to open the menu means that I cannot access my discount code, hence the app is now useless.

Team please fix the Menu not opening on iOS 16.0.3 Iphone SE3. Without the menu working the fidelity part is useless
