Confused
I got 4 different sizes each time 5.0, 5.5, 6.5 n then 6.0

I have deleted and redownloaded twice, I have tried to download on my husbands android and still get the same message “something went wrong”.
Hilariously inaccurate
Followed instructions to the letter- it said my ring size is a 10.5 as I sit here in my 7.5 ring 😂 I have been measured at a jeweler- wildly incorrect.
Doesn’t Work for iPhone 16
Downloaded app and when I go to open it, it says that it doesn’t recognize device ppi. App doesn’t work at all for iPhone 16, but it worked on iPhone 13.

If you follow the instructions (set the phone down on a flat surface, use one eye to measure) it works perfectly!
Saved me 2,500 dollars lol
I’m a graduating senior at my university, and attempting to use this bad app really gave me time to think should I really keep trying to figure this app out and waste 2,500 dollars for a ring that everyone else in the university will get. Or should I instead go and buy something more meaning full and unique instead of a common ring. So again thanks to this app I saved my big bucks lol.

Does nothing, each time I tried it , it says my finger size is 0. I have tried it countless times, and I am definitely doing it right
Great concept, but…
Decided to give this a try and order a ring online. The ring ended up so loose that I had to wear it on my thumb instead of my FY finger. It’s still loose on my thumb. You are better off buying a ring sizer and mandrill online for $10.

This app is a complete waste of time. It gives the same result for every finger, and every finger of every member of the family. The result remains the same regardless of which ever finger is placed between the lines.
Not accurate
I kept getting the same reading and thought it was right but my actual size is 2 sizes bigger than the app told me. Definitely would recommend trying other methods and not this app.
App doesn’t work at all
I was going through the process and the app gave the instruction to gently place my finger on the screen. At this point I removed all rings and gently placed my finger at the bottom of the screen as instructed and nothing happened. The video stated it would show 2 parallel lines to then narrow it down to the widest part of the screen but nothing popped up. I was stuck on this screen and no matter how many times I lifted and placed my finger nothing happened. I tried to life the phone to trigger the warning that the phone wasn’t level then place it back down and that didn’t work either. Very frustrating that this app doesn’t work.

Just go to a jeweler
I know my ring size.. but you have to wonder if this could be helpful in keeping up to date since your last jewelry purchase, so I downloaded and followed instructions and it’s way way off. It’s a whole 3 1/2 sizes off. This could be helpful but it needs improvements.
Horribly Inaccurate - 2 sizes too small
I know it’s inconvenient, but just go to a jewelry store and get properly sized. I used this app and very carefully followed the instructions and got a very consistent 8. My ring came and was way too small, so I went and got sized at a jewelry store, turns out I’m a 10. Just hoping they’ll fix or replace the ring since I spent a stupid amount of money on it and it was their stupid app that messed it up.
