I only signed up and paid for one month, but I was automatically enrolled in a six-month subscription without my clear approval. I emailed multiple times to cancel starting the second day I used the app, but I never received a response.

Unauthorized subscription & no customer support
I am extremely disappointed with this app. I have no idea how I was enrolled in a monthly subscription, and I never intentionally signed up for it or even used the app.
The company charged my account without my knowledge. I disputed one of the charges and also sent four emails to customer support, but I never received a single response. Completely ignoring customers is unacceptable.
If you accidentally get subscribed, don’t expect any help from their support team. Be very careful before downloading or entering your payment information. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

Will not refund and I never initiated this!
I have tried several times for a response. I never signed up for this and I have been charged quite a bit of money. I have sent several emails and no response. Now I’m going to have to dispute the charge. Be careful with This company.!

I only signed up for the free trial and cancelled it because I didn’t like the app. I’m still being charged monthly, and now the app won’t even open. I can see other people are having the same issue too. Very disappointing experience.
