I love hersheypark. We have a season pass and it is so much fun for me and my family.
Map is NOT live with closed paths, NOT TO SCALE and difficult to navigate
Using the map in here was like the Middle Ages, the map does not rotate with your surroundings, nor to scale. It does not have live updates about closed paths in the park, and it led to so much frustration on our trip that we ended up using Google and Apple Maps as a group committee before navigating through the large park

Great but inaccurate wait times
This app is a very good app but when I looked at it for the wait times they where inaccurate but I think it’s just an estimate anyway so I like it
Don’t believe everything the app shows
Unrealistic and false wait time shown. Real wait times are so far apart from those shown on the map. Also rides like Fahrenheit are shown as “closed” when actually they are not.

Fifteen minutes of ride time. Six hours of lines. Fun for the whole family. No exaggeration.
Doesn’t even open
I can’t even begin to see how well the app actually works because it will not load on my phone at all. It asks to send me notifications and then just gets stuck. Just as useless as the website.

Very difficult to buy tickets online. I have tried 5 times with 4 different cards. Very frustrating!
Great place
This place is perfect. They treat you good just like at the Hershey Lodge. This park is amazing. Great roller coasters. I liked it. My brothers liked it.
Bookmark fail
Why can’t you view the places you bookmarked on the map? And when you search for a place on the map, it doesn’t highlight it so you can easily find it

Two fer
Appreciated the rain vouchers after rain curtailed our first visit. The online map could be improved for legibility. Line associates need to be informed when rides are shutdown so guests don’t waste time waiting.
Essentials
The app is great and has a majority of the essentials. However, it would be even better to have everything in one place. Wish you could add the photo pass and tickets into here so you didn’t need to go multiple places
