Doesn’t even open
I can’t even begin to see how well the app actually works because it will not load on my phone at all. It asks to send me notifications and then just gets stuck. Just as useless as the website.

Very difficult to buy tickets online. I have tried 5 times with 4 different cards. Very frustrating!
Great place
This place is perfect. They treat you good just like at the Hershey Lodge. This park is amazing. Great roller coasters. I liked it. My brothers liked it.
Bookmark fail
Why can’t you view the places you bookmarked on the map? And when you search for a place on the map, it doesn’t highlight it so you can easily find it

Two fer
Appreciated the rain vouchers after rain curtailed our first visit. The online map could be improved for legibility. Line associates need to be informed when rides are shutdown so guests don’t waste time waiting.
Essentials
The app is great and has a majority of the essentials. However, it would be even better to have everything in one place. Wish you could add the photo pass and tickets into here so you didn’t need to go multiple places

Family Hershey park trip
Convenient but not always accurate with ride wait times.
Wait times are wildly inaccurate
Very often the app would say 5 minutes wait and when we go there it will be a long line. That too the list view always shows 5 minutes, only the map view shows any time other than 5 minutes
