Could be better
Parking organization is terrible and far. No trams to get to entrance. Too many crazy coasters, not enough mid-level rides. Not enough shade. All day dining unhealthy options wish I hadn’t bought it.

If only the bookmark feature worked better.
As a first timer I found this invaluable in the park, but if you close the app it doesn’t retain your bookmarks. Also a way to look only at the bookmarked items would be helpful.

Very good app. Really helps when I go to Hershey park. Sometimes it doesn't tell me the right time, but that's only once in a while.

Hersheypark
I am so happy with this app! I love how I can see constant active wait times as me and my family travel to Hersheypark a lot. I love the map and getting to create an account and creat users for the rides to see who can ride it because I have a lot of people in my family.
So easy to use!
Found my way around the park easily. Somewhat accurate wait times. It was hard to tell what path to go on when there were two way paths.
Good directions and wait times are usually accurate
The app is helpful if you are lost and if you are curious about wait times before you walk all the way across the park and it is too long to wait.
Ride times
The only gripe would be ride time updates are not realistic most of the time. Not sure how that would be improved, but a more real time update would be great.

Not the most accurate
When I went on rides it said 5 mins and when I go there it’s a whole bunch of people there maybe if they would make the waits actually accurate it would have gotten a 5 but still a great app to go around the park and the map is a bit weird but is still a great app

My kids got on sky rush and it got stuck and they sat miserably laying back facing the sun for 15 minutes. It was scary and unsettling how long it took maintenance to get them off.
