Slightly better
Glad to have many new features (mainly apple pay) but the one I utilize the most is gone. Please bring back the recent orders option with ability to reorder. I dislike having to re do the same exact order every time I order.
Do not order anything for delivery
I tried to order for delivery. It said it would be to my door at 35 minutes an hour and 35 minutes. I called to see what was going on, but there is no way to cancel an order in the app. If you call the restaurant there is no way to cancel an order that way and if you call Uber eats or whichever one they go through you cannot cancel an order that way either so after waiting two hours, they finally just threw my food on my driveway and left. And if you want to contact someone either you have to email them and wait but now I’m out $30 for food that’s thrown on my driveway that I cannot eat will be telling anyone who will listen about the awful service I had today

Trash app
This app will lose your connection you try to reapply and it won’t send you a proper reactivation. You try to make a new account with a different email and it says your phone number is locked and your phone already been used that is nonsense. People’s emails changed and then you can’t use the app anymore because your phone number is connected to it. Sorry I’m not changing my phone number. You use an app. This is why Sheetz is the best.

App bug
Can’t even look at menu I tap on say burgers it says view all burgers that’s it so I click it and takes me to white screen that never loads pls fix this immediately and I’ll give better reviews
Errors
Everytime I go to pay it says “Timed out” or “There was an issue.” Doesn’t help when it takes the money and makes me think my order went through but then when I get there my order wasn’t made.
