Slightly better
Glad to have many new features (mainly apple pay) but the one I utilize the most is gone. Please bring back the recent orders option with ability to reorder. I dislike having to re do the same exact order every time I order.
Do not order anything for delivery
I tried to order for delivery. It said it would be to my door at 35 minutes an hour and 35 minutes. I called to see what was going on, but there is no way to cancel an order in the app. If you call the restaurant there is no way to cancel an order that way and if you call Uber eats or whichever one they go through you cannot cancel an order that way either so after waiting two hours, they finally just threw my food on my driveway and left. And if you want to contact someone either you have to email them and wait but now I’m out $30 for food that’s thrown on my driveway that I cannot eat will be telling anyone who will listen about the awful service I had today

Trash app
This app will lose your connection you try to reapply and it won’t send you a proper reactivation. You try to make a new account with a different email and it says your phone number is locked and your phone already been used that is nonsense. People’s emails changed and then you can’t use the app anymore because your phone number is connected to it. Sorry I’m not changing my phone number. You use an app. This is why Sheetz is the best.

App bug
Can’t even look at menu I tap on say burgers it says view all burgers that’s it so I click it and takes me to white screen that never loads pls fix this immediately and I’ll give better reviews
Errors
Everytime I go to pay it says “Timed out” or “There was an issue.” Doesn’t help when it takes the money and makes me think my order went through but then when I get there my order wasn’t made.
What’s the point of having coupons if you can’t use them!
So I recently signed up with a Rutters account. Only to find that the tobacco coupons they offer on their app aren’t able to be scanned when you go to use them because they’re flashing and glitching. And they won’t HONOR THEIR OWN DAMN COUPONS IN THE STORE! So I contact customer support, over a week ago still haven’t heard anything!

QR code doesn’t work at pump
The QR has only worked 1 time at the pump for me. 1 out of like 10 fill ups. I asked the associate what the issue is, and he just said that happens all the time. Fix the app, please.
Atrocious
I used to order food etc from your app all the time, now with this new update I can’t even browse without getting 13 popups begging me for my phone number and forcing me to “sign in” but I can’t because my phone number is tied to god knows what. Oh well, guess I’ll go to sheetz.
Better
It’s gotten better since the major redesign you guys implemented recently but I’ve had to deal with lots of little bugs and glitches occasionally and they’re hard to recreate. But most of all I really miss the recent order screen from the old UI. I used it a lot to reorder things that I don’t wanna have to remake every single time. (Especially considering I go to Rutter’s way too much)

Rutter’s gas rewards
Show upset missed my birthday because my app didn’t work today. I’m here at the gas station again in Montville Pennsylvania. Gas is at 299. Every time the gas goes down. My app goes out. I can’t figure this out. It isn’t my phone either. Been a loyal customer since 1992 had nothing but problems with this app. Want to go back to a card if I can’t get this taken care of and get some money back, I’m going to get my gas from now on it sheet and and I promote them very disappointed in the way this place has been run with Scott so I missed my birthday coffee. I missed everything because when we had to $.20 off, I kept having problems with my app then too.

Always crashing
The app recently has been not able to function for more then 2 minutes without saying sorry there was a problem and says try again or dismiss then it would even let you back in the app if you try closing out and refreshing it what a shame they even said at the stores all around York they they just redid the app well guess what it sucks

Every time I attempt a mobile delivery order you charge me and then it shows an error message. App has no available updates, and I messaged you on instagram with no reply.

Finally you accept Apple Pay congratulations and you allow people to add the card back to the Apple wallet now that the app is now useful and functional I will be using it more thank you

This app is ridiculous. It won’t accept my phone number. All I want to do is order food and it keeps freezing up and bugging out.

I’m not giving you my phone number! App stuck on “verify phone number” screen. Won’t let me skip it. And doesn’t accept my Google Voice number either. This app is like some retro app made by a high school kid for Windows 98. This app matches the interior of their stores. It’s in a rut..
