Horrible app
Everything about the app is difficult. The only way that you can even save a card on there for future use you have to sign up for automatic replenishment. If you don’t want to do that then you have to type in your information EVERY time. Also they allowed for Apple and google pay for about a week and then they took it away. Horrible app.

Well I think it’s great LOL
It’s 2026 so I guess the bugs are fixed now. This app is extremely convenient. I cannot use the website on my phone at all because it always says bad gateway. The app though? EASY, NO CONSTANT REFRESH. I AM FREED. It remembers my login just fine. Works fast. I’m pretty sure everything on the website is on this app. Big W for me

Non functional app
App is unusable due to “TLS error failed to get a secure connection”. Pretty sure they’re using an outdating protocol which is insecure - best to log in online using a web browser if you can.
App not working anymore
The App no longer shows my transactions and it only half loads when it does. I try to log into the website on safari on my iPhone but it doesn’t work as well nor on the computer
Failed update of portal
Does not access the portal. Customer service recommended it since Website now requires Chrome or Edge. Firefox, Safari and Apple version no longer work
