i loved this app, but after a recent update the app starting charging one card no matter how many times i set it to apple pay. As this was my corporate card, it poses a big issue and means i have to stop using the app. Reached out to customer service through the app and email to rectify the issue and no reply whatsoever which is extremely disappointing

Most garbage ordering app ever
Orders favourites are completely broken. There is no function to remove a favourite, so I’m stuck with a mistaken order - as a result of the app putting a cafe 10km from me at the top of the front page - and can’t even add my actual usual order to favourites.

Love skipping the que! Also love that you can still use a reusable cup and pre order

Disaster if the queue were more than 60 minutes my order was from 11am until 2pm i couldn’t cancel or anything customer support were no help either
Wait time not disclosed before payment
Do not pay via the app. The wait times are not disclosed before the payment. Today it was 90 minutes for a latte. Wasted money since there is no support or functionality at hand to cancel the order once placed.

Dodgy thrash. Orders go through incorrectly. You pay for a large latte , goes through as a small.

Hey You was great for my family in Covid lockdowns -every day we just ordered 5 coffees, drove past and picked up.
I still use it nearly every day - at my usual café and at cafe’s in areas I don’t know. I can be in the train, find the HeyYou café closest to the station and voilà a coffee waiting for me when I arrive.i love having a prepaid balance and not have to worry about finding my phone or card to pay every time

Hate the update
The update has ruined the whole app experience and now hardly ever works as you want it to. I try not to use the app now
Was great until the new update it takes longer and the order notes are no longer obvious
I loved this app prior to the update. Now the menu is harder to do a repeat order. I have to navigate extra screens and my notes on my order are now not being noticed by the barista. I’ve ordered hundreds of coffees on the old app with all the notes read and done. The same barista’s suddenly don’t see the notes. Please fix this issue so they can see the notes easily. Also please make prior orders come up one screen tap earlier thanks.

Used to be good but has gone down hill badly.
I used to use this app regularly. Now most of my local places are dropping it because of the commissions or service fees they have to pay to Hey You.
I put in Apple Pay as my pay as you go method but now can’t remove it. Support haven’t responded to that query for 5 communications. I also asked to refund my credit as it is no longer of use. Apparently they don’t, it’s in the terms and conditions. So now I have to go out of my way to use up credit to purchase something. Defeats the purpose of the App. Also, will never be able to use the exact amount so will have to let them keep my money.
Customer service is now terrible.
After they had a data breach I’d like to delete my payment methods but they won’t assist me in that. The FAQ info is not relevant to Apple Pay.
Just don’t bother with the app. Go to your local and save them the service fees.

Constant glitches. Favourites lost. App clearly doesn't go through any UAT environment and straight to the app store on changes

App promo voucher is a scam
Welcome App voucher has been ignored & I was charged the full amount. My attempts to resolve the issue by contacting Customer Support were unsuccessful & few months later the issue is still not resolved. I’m deleting the app & will never use it again. What a scam!

But since last update, when reordering favorites it keeps adding 1x equal/sweetener onto the order - on top of the 1x sugar I normally have
