Bad delivery time, multiple wrong orders on Metro Kajang Branch
I had experienced two times getting wrong orders. I had one experience with uncooked chicken for nasi ayam masak lomak. I got the default taro drink instead of the floats. Overall, a problematic branch even though I had constantly keep in touch with the workers here regarding bad service. I do not recommend to order for delivery from METRO KAJANG. It took ages as I ordered at 1pm and still haven't gotten it at 1:51pm currently typing this. Sorry please improve your atrocious service & delivery. 0 star would be better

Bad experience for the driver
In my condo is not allow to put the order there and leave, and the driver have to call us to pick up the order before they leave. Heres the thing, i was trying to do a review of POPMEALS in my social media, i have like 10k followers in my instagram. Heres the thing, the order has been delivered but i didn't receive any calls from the driver, and the driver lied to the guard and said that he had called me, and insists of putting the order on the guard's table and leave. Thats not all, the driver simply putting my food on the table, and the drink is lying down on the table, fortunately it didnt split on the table. So the point is i want to complain about the driver matter. This is about the service attitude, please give me an explanation about it
Secondly, i cant be able to submit the support form in the app, it keep loading and loading and loading, and tells that something went wrong, dats why im uploading here and telling about it. Hope that everyone can see this. And lets see how they settled this matter. I have all the videos and photos for evidence. Kindly please contact me ASAP :)

Love the color & images
I love the fact that the apps looks so bright & the good looks delicious, only that the first time Iβve order through apps Iβve got confuse with the menu since we have to scroll until the end & find the tab to make sure you wont missed any menu available. Iβve ended up order something that Iβve saw at first rather than something else that available at the other side of the menu ππ

Should have a 5 minute window to cancel order
If I accidentally made an order, and I can't cancel it even when I haven't made a payment, then I'm basically forced to pay for it. I feel like customers should be allowed to cancel the order if they haven't pay yet and within a reasonable time frame after the order is made.
