pay to use
the app relies on subscriptions just so you could use it’s basic functions, and it’s AI model doesn’t work at all and takes forever to respond. i bought the tag thinking i’d be able to use and track where my dog is incase he runs away for free, but nope! it’s all pay to use. really not worth it if you only have one dog, just find a better tracker / brand 😬 do not buy the tag, do not get the app. it’s really useless if you aren’t looking to buy pay for subscriptions. and just to add on to it, the QR code on the tags look very cheaply printed on, and could easily be deemed useless over time with inevitable paint chips & scratches..

Must have APP
This is a must have app and tag for your pet. The price is perfect. No long subscription fees to pay. I must have for all pet owners.

AirTag doesn’t work
Unfortunately it’s a waste of money. The tag assumes where my cellphone is not my dog . I’ve already contacted customer support and they gave me no attention at all.
