Conflicting information and no support
Need a ticket tomorrow and Wanda Coach, who sells tickets for this bus, says it’s sold out. This app wanted to sell me a ticket that would have stuck me outside in the cold for 3 hours. Phone support reads a script that buses leave frequently through the day, gaslighting me as there is no bus between 12 and 5. Horrible company
