Poor UI design and lackluster user experience
The app is poorly optimized and crashes often. The latest update breaks the viewer for certain cards where the cashback tracker blocks the whole screen and you can no longer view individual transactions.
Mastercard Inclusion
Would prefer the inclusion of mastercards as well
“Did you make a purchase?” prompt disappears
This has been happening for a few times. Every time when you get redirected to the merchants’ platforms, heymax will display a “did you make a purchase prompt”.
However from time to time the prompt disappears when you come back to the app, and the HeyMax page just gets reloaded to their main page. And, the purchases (which just conveniently happen to be those big ticket items of mine) mileage are not tracked! And hence the need to make a missing mileage report, which is another abomination of a process due to the poor adaptation of using an AI agent! Anyway, why do we even need to have that prompt in the first place? It’s 2026 for heavens sake, things like this should be streamlined! Was so fed up with the whole thing I am considering withdrawing all the mileages and closing my account, since so many of my miles need to be chased and we need to jump through loops due to the seemingly lacking UI and process.

Update stinks
I used to be able to navigate to favourite merchants easily from the main page but now it’s vanished with this ugly UI update
Good idea
Yet there have been trouble opening the app lately it kept me in the loading page with a tiny circle in the middle, also, pls give us a solution to manage the cards stored for checking out, to remove cards we no longer use, thx
Absolutely Brilliant App – Best Way to Earn Miles Effortlessly!
I’ve been using HeyMax for a while now, and it’s genuinely one of the smartest apps I’ve downloaded. The way it lets you stack extra Max Miles on top of your regular credit card rewards is pure genius. Whether I’m shopping online, buying groceries, booking travel, or grabbing vouchers, I earn miles in so many different ways without any extra hassle.
What I love most is how easy it is. No complicated rules, no expiry headaches, and tons of popular brands to choose from. I just shop through the app (or use their browser extension), and the miles keep adding up. It’s helped me get closer to my next flight or hotel stay way faster than before.
The business model is excellent – it genuinely rewards users generously while partnering with great brands. This win-win setup makes earning miles feel rewarding and sustainable. Highly recommend to anyone who loves travel hacking or wants to maximize everyday spending.
If you’re into miles and rewards, download this now. You won’t regret it! ✈️

Buggy, unhelpful support
There’s a bug with their card cycle. Tried to report it as not working but support just acted like it’s not a bug.
The idea is great
