Charged twice due to bad app design

I got charged twice the conversion fees because the app have bad design.
Maybe it’s time to hire a UX/UI !

The app doesn’t even load after i redownload it due to difficulty logging in. Goodbye to my hard earned points 😭

NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR

Tried login multiple times to redeem reward points expire end 2025. Each time an OTP sms is sent successfully but upon keying the OTP, there was a msg that there is a network connection error.

Note that I can successfully login in with OTP msg for other bank apps on the same day.
