Charged twice due to bad app design
I got charged twice the conversion fees because the app have bad design.

This app is so bad, can’t even log in to the app, how to even redeem the points?

The app doesn’t even load after i redownload it due to difficulty logging in. Goodbye to my hard earned points 😭
NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR
Tried login multiple times to redeem reward points expire end 2025. Each time an OTP sms is sent successfully but upon keying the OTP, there was a msg that there is a network connection error.
Note that I can successfully login in with OTP msg for other bank apps on the same day.

You can just create a link or a page in the main app instead of separate app.

Not use friendly and features are limited. I don’t understand why they need to release such an app for?

Can’t login for no reason
Why must I dl 2 apps for 1 card? This is why nobody wants to do business with the bank.
Bank should fire the developer
The app is so bad that the developer and their manager should be fired for incompetency and complacency. 2024 and it forces you to login with password everytime. No faceid or remember password. Notifications don’t work. If Maybank paid a dollar for every bug in this app, I’d be a millionaire tomorrow.

Inaccessible App
The TreatsSG app has been inaccessible for me over the last week. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, as advised by the CSO and it doesn’t work. There’s no other platform left to check or redeem TREATS Points. Maybank, you can do better than this. Please update your software, else how am I supposed to redeem my points?
