It’s so bad that app always have issue and doesn’t allow u to choose velocity or united square thus leading you not able to scan receipt
Nothing interesting
Visited on Sunday and the whole mall doesn’t look anywhere near interesting to shop, except basement thought there’s a food court but only saw the centre area with different stalls, tables and chairs. Went upstairs to explore and there’s a Chinese restaurant but not what we looking for to having dinner. The restaurant is also quiet and empty. We decided to walk to Paya Lebar mall instead. Think the mall needs a new revamp. Only Starbucks and Burger King are near the entrance. Like a ghost town on a Sun.

It says mobile not registered despite using previously
App was working fine till the recent update
I last used the app in July 2025. When I logged in again in September 2025, I received a message saying that my mobile number is not registered. I also tried resetting my password, but that didn’t work either. For a moment, I wondered if my account had been hacked.
