Worst app
It’s so bad that app always have issue and doesn’t allow u to choose velocity or united square thus leading you not able to scan receipt
Nothing interesting
Visited on Sunday and the whole mall doesn’t look anywhere near interesting to shop, except basement thought there’s a food court but only saw the centre area with different stalls, tables and chairs. Went upstairs to explore and there’s a Chinese restaurant but not what we looking for to having dinner. The restaurant is also quiet and empty. We decided to walk to Paya Lebar mall instead. Think the mall needs a new revamp. Only Starbucks and Burger King are near the entrance. Like a ghost town on a Sun.

Mobile not registered
It says mobile not registered despite using previously
App was working fine till the recent update
I last used the app in July 2025. When I logged in again in September 2025, I received a message saying that my mobile number is not registered. I also tried resetting my password, but that didn’t work either. For a moment, I wondered if my account had been hacked.

Registered user keeps showing user not register error code and no response from UOL team despite Sending emails to them if they can help to resolve the issue.
The UOL team probably have gave up on this app and pls don’t waste ur time downloading this apps.

logged me out, then ask me log in again. says my phone number not registered. then i try to sign up again with my phone number, says phone number already registered??? make up ur mind
Bad experience
This app is terrible. Every time I log in, I have to re-enter my password. Sometimes, even when I enter the correct password, I still can’t log in!

Lousy app, tried registering for a new account at least 20 times now, but at some point it keeps crashing with error messages

Impossible to sign up, tried a dozen times. Not able to claim voucher

Unable to scan receipt after app is updated. Kept seeing a loading sign only.
Can’t even register
Registration on the app requires a lot of information (including GENDER for some reason)… After filling out a dozen fields, it will attempt to verify the mobile number - tried this a few times (with my/partner/kids’ hp numbers) and each time a pop up window will tell me registration failed cos saying my “score” is too low(?!)

Terrible app
Receipts are often rejected when submitted for the slightest reason. App is buggy and laggy.
Bugs on app
Buggy app. Sometimes vouchers not showing, redeemed transaction details not showing. Pls check.
Too intrusive!
Why does it require compulsory birthday details to be entered?! Why is gender a field although not a compulsory one? Decided not to sign up for these reasons.

Hi, when I try to register, the app say my hand phone number is already registered. Then I try using forgot password option, then app say my hand phone number is not register.
Not all shops award rewards
Apparently not all shops are engaged in this program? Was at Thomson Plaza and told this was the case...
