App works great once you know how to setup. Bought two light kits and now have 2 remotes and my phone connected. Simple setup..
Just turn off power going to fans, turn on and immediately press the pair button lights will blink and your done. Repeat this for each remote and app.

This thing reeks, I lost the controller and my last resort was to use the app and it won’t work and it makes absolutely no sense. It does not show how to connect the fan to the app but it lets you tap the buttons. It’s pretty fun for make believe, but not when you’re sweating in your room because your fan won’t work.

It’s Ok
Lifesaver because my remote doesn’t seem to want to connect anymore. Also, sometimes I have to try twice before it responds, overall, it’s fine. There seems to be options that are not activated? Other than that, I like it but I find the remote was more practical.

The app does not pair to my iPhone. It does not provide any indication it was or was not paired. It just doesn’t do anything.

Working fine, i took me 3 times to read the instruction to figure it out how to pair to the app, now is working fine, i can control the fan from my app and of curse from the remote included, ligh is good and vent pretty silent even on max speed!!
Paired it to app
I figured out how to pair the fan to the app, instructions talks about pairing remote only. You need to turn off fan at wall switch. Install App. It installs with a fan already but you cannot pair that one. Add a new device +, give it a name and click fan and then add. In the app switch to new named device. Turn power on at the wall. Fan will beep once. Then immediately on the app click PairCode and the fan will beep again. Now its paired and you can use this app to control the fan.
NOTE: Do not delete the original fan device, it will stop working again, just leave it.

Fix the App
The physical instructions included with the fan only tell you how to pair the remote to the fan. The app does not pair even if you allow Bluetooth connections and click “Pair” in the app. There are no indications that something is wrong besides the fact the fan does not respond to the UI. Apparently there are no indications that it works either according to other reviews.
It would be better to not advertise app control until this app is fix. It is absolutely false advertisement.

App does not work.
The fan and light is working completely fine, but the app is not working at all. I called customer services and they said to wait 20 days and it doesn’t work still I consider not buying this fan.

This app is terrible. There is no way to scan for a new device, or any instructions on how to link a device to the app. Part of the reason I bought this fan light was for the smart phone integration and not relying on a remote which will render the item useless if it ever got lost or damaged.

This app does not work at all! I have a fan in my room that has worked for ever and I dropped my remote and now it’s not turning on but even when I try pairing this app to my phone nothing happens. This really a frustrating.

Very happy with the performance of the fan and light. Hoped to have a backup to the remote for when we eventually lose it, but the app does absolutely nothing. There’s no indication that the app even pairs with the fan. Useless.
