This app has consistently deleted whole lines of input causing constant underpayment to myself and my work crew for the last couple of YEARS…. Absolute hot garbage. It’s been this long and hh2 can’t make a basic functional app.

I don’t have the clock-in icon in the app, and I need to clear the app cache to fix the issue.

How in the heck does such a massive company have a paper trail of app failures 8 miles long? Good god I have never seen an app with more failures and shutdowns. At least once a month the entire company scrambles to do our time cards because of the inept leadership at HH2. I wouldn’t recommend downloading this app even if I knew your intention was to chuck your phone into a pond immediately after installing.

It doesn’t work good, I can’t see my paystub
Problems with viewing pay stubs and hours Randomly being unentered.
I think the title sort of speaks for itself but, hopefully there is a way to fix this. I can’t look at my paystubs no matter what sort of internet connection I have. It keeps telling me to check internet connection or to come back later. As well as on occasion the hours I input can sometimes be completely removed randomly not from any fault of admin. Overall the app is convenient and does most of what I need from it and makes things pretty simple. I just wish that some of these problems would be looked at.

Trash. Doesn’t even do the most basic of tasks
How am I supposed to put my time when everyday of the week is locked? It’s like EVERY OTHER WEEK this app doesn’t work. Laughably sad. Devs are worthless.
Constant bugs and no resolution
I have had to use this app for a couple of years now and it constantly has new bugs. The tech support teams resolution is almost always nothing more than a reset and if that doesn’t work you’re just locked out and forced to use the horrendously clunky web interface. Would not reccomend.
Great app for payroll
I’ve had to use other apps for punching in and out but this is one of the best I’ve had to use.

Love the ease, and proficiency of hh2. Has definitely streamlined the process of keeping, and tracking time for me.

This has got to be the most frustrating app of all time.
Nothing but problems
For the last month and a half I’ve had nothing but problems with this app not allowing me to pick jobs that should be available, putting time in one day and it’s missing the next. I’m not very happy with this app.

Very temperamental app
This app has a problem signing in almost daily, it glitches and won’t let me sign in unless I power down and restart my phone. Also, if you need to go back and look at previous days times you’d better get comfortable because you will be there for an eternity if it even lets you. Needs alot of development before it becomes a good time entry app.

Rarely Works
The weekly time card works maybe 1/5th of the time and when it asks me for a review in the app I can’t close the keyboard to click submit so I can’t use the app for more than 30 second at a time before the form that can’t be closed without submitting and can’t be submitted pops up.
