How can this be called a 24/7 app when I can’t get an appointment at 9:45pm on a Saturday? I thought to do the virtual visit because the idea of sitting in an uncomfortable ER for hours just so they can send me home with muscle relaxers for back pain sounds absurd, but I can’t get an appointment with a doctor for almost 14 hours. This app is useless.

Frustrating
Took over an hour to connect with doctor. They say it was a safari issue. Frustrating back and forth calls for an hour.
Then doc rushed through a 4 minute appointment and seemed annoyed at questions. I’m a nurse and know anyone can have an off day, so I’ll chalk it up to that. Over all a very poor experience.
