Sick visit
Scheduled a sick visit because I needed a work note excusing me from duty. I’m a Firefighter EMT and can’t go to work sick. I’ve been sick for the past 8 days and needed a work note excusing for the 8th and the 12th. Care giver was rude, talked over me, and could care less about my need for a note, saying I wasn’t under their care on the 8th. I have never had this issue in the past. I wasn’t under anyone’s care on the 8th, I had just gotten sick! Waist of time.

Hard to set up as new client
We were told just download the HHC App and you will see your appointment and they will call you. That is not the case. Plan at least 30 to 45 minutes to upload your entire medical history, medical ins, id etc

The name is a lie
How can this be called a 24/7 app when I can’t get an appointment at 9:45pm on a Saturday? I thought to do the virtual visit because the idea of sitting in an uncomfortable ER for hours just so they can send me home with muscle relaxers for back pain sounds absurd, but I can’t get an appointment with a doctor for almost 14 hours. This app is useless.
