Excellent remote experience from Maine with the Doctor. Great advice and suggestions, namely referral to emergency department in Machias, Maine who fully confirmed the doc‘s approach to my problems.

How can this be called a 24/7 app when I can’t get an appointment at 9:45pm on a Saturday? I thought to do the virtual visit because the idea of sitting in an uncomfortable ER for hours just so they can send me home with muscle relaxers for back pain sounds absurd, but I can’t get an appointment with a doctor for almost 14 hours. This app is useless.

Frustrating
Took over an hour to connect with doctor. They say it was a safari issue. Frustrating back and forth calls for an hour.
Then doc rushed through a 4 minute appointment and seemed annoyed at questions. I’m a nurse and know anyone can have an off day, so I’ll chalk it up to that. Over all a very poor experience.

Quick visit
I like tele visit, it was easy to register and navigate. The only concern I had that after choosing specific provider zi vas connected with someone else. Other than that I‘m pretty satisfied how quick and efficient the whole process was. Thank you
Wonderful experience
I was a little nervous about having a Tele-visit, not knowing if I would be able to get the same level of care. I could not be more pleased with. The attention, the compassion and the respect that I was shown during this visit. The doctor after thoroughly listening to my experiences and concern and symptoms, was able to identify an excellent and thorough course of action to ensure that my needs were addressed. When she asked if I wanted her to put herself down as my online primary care physician, I left at the chance. She's fantastic.

Fast and effective
So I started coming down with the flu. My girlfriend suggested setting up the HHC app on my phone. I was able to get an appointment at midnight. I waited for about 45 minutes and was able to have an appointment get the medical supplies I needed called into the pharmacy, which I picked up in the morning and was able to get on top of it before it became too serious All in all it was a fantastic experience that I had never done before and will use in the future constantly.

Technical difficulties that cancelled two appointments leaving me to have to be seen at 1:15am
Long wait
My scheduled call back happened on time. I entered chat and began answering questions. I made multiple answers describing my issue. Another screen came up asking me the same questions that I had already answered. A notation at the top of the screen stated that I was in the waiting room. After 15-20 min I had to return to work so I disconnected my call. 10-15 min later my phone rang with an invite to join chat which I wasn’t able to do. I’ve rescheduled for later.

They do nothing
Video visit happened, I explained all my sinus sx, told her what I was taking that didn’t work, showed her my swollen face and all signs of infection. Literally told me she can’t do anything. This is a scam! No adult needs to be told to buy more stuff that isn’t working at cvs. Waste of time and money.

Very professional, very knowledgeable
My online healthcare provider was very thorough. Was extremely attentive to my symptoms, and was concerned because I have been feeling lousy for about two weeks. She gave me a prescription and I’m in the middle of it right now. She said to make sure if I’m not feeling better to get back in touch with her I am feeling better but it’s a slow roll. Kudos to the doctor she was fabulous!

Extremely Disappointed
Don’t waste your time, 24/7 really means the next day. Every time I’m not feeling well and I try to book an appointment it says the next availability is always another day! Every time I end up feeling worse over night and just going to a clinic or logging online to any random clinic and they have doctors ready within a few hours. Really disappointed because I thought this was going to be a very helpful app and it turns out it just takes up space on my phone.
