Nothing but a blank screen
I updated the app and it’s now just a white screen that does nothing. No chicken for me.
New interface sucks
Why Richmond, BC branch is always missing from your app? and without selecting the restaurant can’t even explore the app.

Got the app, wanted to create a profile, filled in everything and it won’t let me proceed without checking all mandatory fields. One of the fields is the check box saying “I already have a card”, which then you have to put your card number in. I can’t leave it unchecked, but I don’t have a card because I’m trying to create a profile! How does this make sense?

Poor UX due to no caching?
I hope there is no caching setup for this application. It asks me to sign-in every single time I open the app, even though I asked it to remember my mail address. Also, the cart disappears when I reopen the app.

Good upgrade compared to previous app
Mostly just a web browser disguised as an app with no Apple Pay support
The only app-based screen is the very first page where users choose “REWARDS” or “ORDER”. Otherwise, UX is no different from website but without Apple Pay support. App should be just scrapped and support be migrated to the website so the not-so-useful app won’t occupy device storage space.
