Hi, thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry this felt unclear — that’s not the experience we want. Since we don’t charge commission to restaurants, they can keep pickup prices closer to their in-store pricing. To support this model, we charge a small maintenance fee that helps cover order tracking, server costs, menu updates, payment processing, and customer support. That said, we completely agree that all fees should be clear before an order is placed. We’re improving how this is displayed so customers can better understand the full total upfront.
