Wins the award for Worst Mobile Banking in Nepal. Possibly even the worst in this galaxy!

Pathetic mobile banking in Nepal. It is functional but terrible, I wouldn’t be supposed seeing people leaving this bank due to the terrible mobile banking app.

I feel soo bad and there’s just no excuse. HBL needs to step up.

Outdated app

Honestly, there is no face id function while the other bank has. QR scan doesn't work at all. I went to the shop and try to pay using QR code and didn't work out. I was so embarrassed. Had to return the item i was about to buy

I just had to be ashamed bcoz I couldn’t pay or read the QR code on my app amidst the crowd around bhatbhateni thuka I’m just withdrawing all my money leaving this bank now,my only option adios sucker tatti bank
