It updates to much
I love this app for all the information it provides but it’s annoying how many times a week it needs an update.

I love so many things about Hi Rasmus. I’ve been using it about a year and a half now. I learn something new every day.
The developer is constantly adding new features. That said, the mobile app updates nearly every single time I open it. Most often the updates provide no obvious benefit or meaningful change to the app. Would it be possible to roll out app updates once a week instead?

Glitch
One of the most glitchy apps ever made. It updates every day without any improvement . Maybe hold off until the finished product is ready.
what are the updates even doing?
INSANE amount of updates nearly every day and they make no noticeable difference. I'm trying to access my clients programming, not update the app for the fourth time in the last three days. otherwise it's perfect for the work I do. just difficult to be able to access the work I do when there's always an update.

DELETING REVIEWS
I have rated this app 1 star 3 different times over the last 2 years for its horrible UI and performance. My reviews have gone missing each time. I have noticed others reviews disappear as well. Are we meant to believe this app only has 2 one star reviews????Terrible!
Horribly buggy and terrible UI
I have had MANY occurrences of finishing my notes only for the app to tell me that an error has occurred and I should restart to avoid error loss, only for me to open the app again and find that all of my notes have been completely deleted. The app is constantly updating to an annoying degree because it delays my job, yet all the bugs I experienced when I first download it persist. Additionally, it is very laggy and is obtuse to navigate.

App does NOT work after 11pm.
I really really hate this app.
I recently had to signed 2 times for each session, one during the evening and again in the morning. I had informed the company that works with Hi Rasmus multiple times, when sessions ended at or after 11pm, signatures would NOT record.

Please fix glitch!
The buttons aren't lining up and we are having to hold down each button and manually type in each data trial for it to be recorded correctly. When I press certain buttons even though I'm pressing "incorrect" it's marking it as correct. This is not convenient for accurate and efficient data collection. Otherwise this is such an easy app to use and wonderful compared to other data collection apps I have used.

School BCBA for SBT
We have worked with various software platforms over the years. So far this is the best. It makes doing skill based training so much easier. For the first time, there’s finally something that is simple enough and easier to use than paper.
Great platform and easy to use
Over all HiRasmus is a great platform for ABA! It is super easy to navigate and I love how it has color coded options for prompt levels to make it easier on the therapist to quickly put in data!

Best ABA software!!
We’ve used Hi Rasmus since 2022. It is by far the BEST ABA software we have encountered! It was a smooth transition from our prior software. The ease of use for new users has been a breeze due to it’s intuitive nature. The customer service has been exceptional and they continue to add new features all the time to meet new standards and measurements. The analytics are also easy to use and allow our supervisors to analyze on the spot to make changes at every supervision visit. Due to this, our treatment for each client has been optimized. It is also incredibly portable. We use NET and are always out and about. The software is accessible from any device and data can be collected on and offline! We are so grateful to have such a powerful ever evolving, user friendly, and customer friendly software!!

Best Visibility as a RBT and Easy for BCBAs
Having reviewed just about every system out there, and using some of the bigger platforms across a decade, this is by far the best platform .
Color coded targets per last response, 2 clicks away from being able to see a history of responses (per your session across all responses or a targets history), and a user friendly interface which supports clinical judgement in the field.

THE EASIEST DATA-TAKING PLATFORM!
I have been in the ABA field for 10 years now and I always say nothing beats the accuracy of pen and paper data-taking. But we live in an ever-changing world so we have to make things easier for us. As an RBT for 9 years and a working as a BCBA for the first time, I am SOOOOO glad I found out about HiRasmus. I don’t think I will ever use anything else.
