logs me out all the time, sometimes it doesn’t tell me when somebody is walking past it and other times it says I have to re-add the camera

My, husband purchased this camera for his shop. We, can never sign into the camera with the credentials that was used. We’ve continue to get errors when trying to login with the sign in information.

After some update ( last week) it has never connected again. Strangely he has recorded when I reseted it but never again a live stream…..” cheap camera & a dodgy app” 🙄😏
