logged me out half of the time, it was charging me £2 a month and then £3 a month and this month it’s charged me £19, I have tried unsubscribing and I have tried cancelling the payments and messaging them and they just refused to cancel or answer, this company is fraud

My, husband purchased this camera for his shop. We, can never sign into the camera with the credentials that was used. We’ve continue to get errors when trying to login with the sign in information.
