logged me out half of the time, it was charging me £2 a month and then £3 a month and this month it’s charged me £19, I have tried unsubscribing and I have tried cancelling the payments and messaging them and they just refused to cancel or answer, this company is fraud

My, husband purchased this camera for his shop. We, can never sign into the camera with the credentials that was used. We’ve continue to get errors when trying to login with the sign in information.

After some update ( last week) it has never connected again. Strangely he has recorded when I reseted it but never again a live stream…..” cheap camera & a dodgy app” 🙄😏

Realice el pago de la suscripción y no me lo han echo efectivo. El dinero retirado del banco y nada no hay forma de ponerse en contacto con nadie.
Trava transmissão ao vivo e não grava sempre em nuvens
Estava tudo funcionando bem, fiz um plano de armazenamento em nuvens porém depois de alguns meses a transmissão ao vivo trava o tempo todo. Não consigo acompanhar nada. Além das gravações de movimentos em nuvens sempre ficar perdida ao tentar acessar, gravações de 30 segundos só roda 5 segundos e já emite mensagem que o restante foi perdido em nuvens ou que houve um erro ao arquivar as imagens. Já desinstalei e instalei, reiniciei o dispositivo porém continua da mesma forma.
