I want to cancel my subscription but don’t know how. This app doesn’t help me
Impossible to cancel subscription
They conveniently leave their own subscription out of your list of subscriptions. I only found out I still had a subscription when I saw the monthly charge to my account. It doesn’t show on my iCloud subscriptions and when I tried canceling through the hiatus app I had to “process a request”, then they say they’re currently out of the office. This is 100% a scam. Do not use!

Scam
I have had this app for maybe 11 months now and have had 12 payments to a premium they have $10 a month . I have canceled and even removed the account on multiple occasions and been charged over and over. They make it so difficult to cancel with them even after I lost my account the transaction still comes out of my bank. I have lost a total of $120 to them but I would say I only really used it for the first two months so essentially I have paid $100 for nothing.

Attention forgetful people!
As an adhd person, I am very impulsive (I love love love free trials) but also, very forgetful ( I forget to cancel subscriptions and don’t realize it til my bank account is low) and this app is a savior for people like me🙌🏼 Not only does it help me cancel subscriptions, it helps me lower the ones I don’t want to cancel. Saving money is kind of a no brainer. This is one subscription worth keeping
