I want to cancel my subscription but don’t know how. This app doesn’t help me
Impossible to cancel subscription
They conveniently leave their own subscription out of your list of subscriptions. I only found out I still had a subscription when I saw the monthly charge to my account. It doesn’t show on my iCloud subscriptions and when I tried canceling through the hiatus app I had to “process a request”, then they say they’re currently out of the office. This is 100% a scam. Do not use!

I have had this app for maybe 11 months now and have had 12 payments to a premium they have $10 a month . I have canceled and even removed the account on multiple occasions and been charged over and over. They make it so difficult to cancel with them even after I lost my account the transaction still comes out of my bank. I have lost a total of $120 to them but I would say I only really used it for the first two months so essentially I have paid $100 for nothing.

Attention forgetful people!
As an adhd person, I am very impulsive (I love love love free trials) but also, very forgetful ( I forget to cancel subscriptions and don’t realize it til my bank account is low) and this app is a savior for people like me🙌🏼 Not only does it help me cancel subscriptions, it helps me lower the ones I don’t want to cancel. Saving money is kind of a no brainer. This is one subscription worth keeping

Y’all, I submitted a negotiation request for my Verizon bill and within TWO DAYS they actually lowered the bills I’ve been fighting for MONTHS. I am so unfathomably relieved.
I was wondering why its not a five-star app, but then I saw most of their one-star reviews are because people don’t know how technology works. Which sucks for these guys, who deserve so much more recognition for the work they do.
Regardless, if you’re debating trying them, 1. These guys DONT take a percentage and 2. They’ve done nothing but make me money soo I highly highly HIGHLY recommend :)

I have tried all my emails to sign up but none of them would let me create an account, but when I do try to signing in, it says that my password is not right, so I cannot even login to even see what is going on, so there’s no point of even downloading this, but I cannot even use it

I love using this app to help keep up with my budget and finances, I wasn’t sure about paying for it but they cancel my subscriptions and I requested to negotiate 2 bills that saved me $300 so I’ll keep it

Charging your card without permission for premium accounts! Definitely not at all worst even downloading have never experienced worst customer service and they don’t care that you request a refund because they are not giving it to you ! Would definitely report this app to not be downloaded! Worst experience ever !!!
