Add a location tracking feature.
This app is great, I use it for my ks4 pro, but I had someone who I let ride it and they didn’t come back when I intended they were, they came back after but it would be nice to have a location tracker on it and could work farther away, so I could know where it is. In the meantime I had to put a tracker in a hidden place and it’s a pain not having to plug it in. I have to replace the battery since it’s always running. Please take into consideration.

i feel like a lot more could be done with this app! i would love to see a route planning feature of some sort mainly, but i think the UX and UI just need a big overhaul. just incredibly bare bones. the link to hiboy's shop is annoying too
User Interface
The app is not useful at all. All it tells you is to register an account and thats it, nothing works once the device is connected to the scooter.
Things that can be updated if possible-
1. Please enable realtime tracking of the e scooter. The moment the e scooter is off, it gets disconnected. No Km recorded, no last seen,its nothing.
2. Only use my phone to turn on the scooter (Authentication)

Account Suddenly closed without me doing anything and unable to unlock the scooter, and the App doesn’t help how to fix it. Now I reset the scooter but is unable to connect it to the app any longer. This is just beyond dumb.

Solution: Internal request does not carry token. If your having this problem delete the app reinstall and it should work
Add total mileage
The app is user-friendly and works great for controlling the scooter. However, it would be even better if it showed the total mileage of the scooter. Overall, it's a helpful companion for scooter rides! 🚴♂️

Hiboy needs to work on their app
This app is junk. Won’t even connect to my scooter x300. Gives “internal request does not carry token” error, rendering it useless.
The Scooter locking feature has disappeared
I was using the app seamlessly suddenly it showed that the scooter is not active inside the app so I deleted uninstall the app again and after doing that the scooter got connected, but the lock functionality which allows you to lock your scooter through your application just disappeared Please bring that functionality back. It is very helpful.
