After the update the vehicle is bound and I canโt connect to it or unlock.

Bought my okai neon pro 2 right from bestbuy 2 years ago, it has always said already bound for me which never made sense kinda waited for updates on the app to be fixed but no resolution has been made I try to โmergeโ accounts and then after I put in the verification code goes right back to saying itโs bound already. Itโs a great scooter Iโve always loved riding it but I was really hoping to see all the cool stuff on the app first hand. Especially for a scooter brand new cost close to a grand๐ if anyone knows how to help Iโd love to take suggestions ๐

I woke up gonna go for a ride and it wonโt let me connect to it on the app so I donโt know what percent Iโm at also itโs on locked and eco mode and when I try to connect it says vehicle is bound.
