After the update the vehicle is bound and I can’t connect to it or unlock.

App doesn’t work
Bought my okai neon pro 2 right from bestbuy 2 years ago, it has always said already bound for me which never made sense kinda waited for updates on the app to be fixed but no resolution has been made I try to “merge” accounts and then after I put in the verification code goes right back to saying it’s bound already. It’s a great scooter I’ve always loved riding it but I was really hoping to see all the cool stuff on the app first hand. Especially for a scooter brand new cost close to a grand🙁 if anyone knows how to help I’d love to take suggestions 🙏

I woke up gonna go for a ride and it won’t let me connect to it on the app so I don’t know what percent I’m at also it’s on locked and eco mode and when I try to connect it says vehicle is bound.

It does it job but seriously needs to be improved and pls add the ability to use ur phone NFC to unlock and lock

Honestly, I love my scooter, the OKAI Neon Ultra, BUT there’s a few problems in the app, and the scooter.
First off, the app should allow a LOT more dashboard styles, I hate being restricted to dark, light, and Christmas. It also needs a setting for the lights to have them just neutral and not breathing or meteor all the time. It desperately needs a way to connect to the scooter other than Bluetooth, because anybody could find the scooter in the vicinity and unless I lock it up with a chain, they can connect and take it. Lastly, PLEASE add cruise control and exact battery percent on the dash board, I hate having to stop to check my phone to see my percent battery.
Secondly the scooter, the rear fender is flimsy and the screws fell out, so it’s basically un-usable in that regard and I get mud all over me when riding.
A response at least would be appreciated. Thanks.

The app is good but it logged me out the app and I signed back in and it keep saying vehicle is bounded and I couldn’t log back in
Update on iOS not working
I finally got my Scooter to bind to the software. It keeps wanting to add the “Christmas software version 3.11” but won’t update.

Okey when u update the app and everything else when u turn off your iPhone or even reset it keeps on bring up the update message when u have already updated it and it’s getting very annoying and that error message needs too be fixed and handled properly that’s why I given it such a low rating

The only good thing about this okai scooter was that it is so bad that it made me purchase another where everything actually works. After a month of use just turned off and nothing works anymore. It’s $600 wasted on nice neon lighted scooter that lasted a month.
I hate this scooter
This is the worst scooter possible history of the entire world, the battery dies in two seconds and the battery will just like actually die and you won’t have a scooter anymore because the scooter doesn’t work because of the batteries is broken and I hate the scooter and I think I just broke the charger and this stupid company won’t do anything about even though it’s their faultdo not ever buy this. It is awful and the top speed is 11 miles an hour when it says, it’s supposed to go 25. DONT BUY

my ranger eb50 doesn’t seem to work with the app. it connects fine but i can’t do anything with the app
Can’t Unbind to connect
My brother gave me his okai es10 and when I try to Bluetooth to it I can’t even when I factory restart the scooter. Horrible technology with these scooters gonna look for another brand to go with!
Scooter app review
Add background app refresh and more fine tuning to the Bluetooth connection with your phone. More lighting effects or options would be cool. More face customization to the scooter meter. Besides that pretty good app that’s useful with the scooter. Just turn on the push to start mode.

This app does not synch to my new scooter ES51.
Really bad customer support
Basically like talking to a wall. They take weeks to respond, and theirs response is useless.
Only good for unlocking the scooter.
The app is not in sync with the scooter. The app will tell me that the battery is on 59% but the Beetle will tell me that I still have three bars. The Bluetooth doesn’t always connect so I don’t know in real time how many miles I’m going. it doesn’t even record or rather it hasn’t been recording my distance that I have traveled. It will lock and unlock the scooter perfectly tho.
