Help!
Trying to use this app just downloaded it and it immediately asked for my phone number in which I enter it and it says can’t send verification try again. I’d love to use this app but unfortunately I don’t think I can.

Genuinely a delight to use. Beautiful, useful, calm. Not a phrase I expected to use about a baby shopping app.

Game changer for baby shopping
I had to nest FAST when my baby was born prematurely, and didn’t have the time to do as much research as I’d have liked. I have used Highlo since my baby came home when I’ve needed new products as he’s grown / e.g. bigger crib, weaning supplies, etc - and I wish I knew about it sooner. The app is so good at finding exactly what I need for our home, my baby & our family life.

Any other AI would be better than this one
Every single thing I tried from stroller to carrier it asked specific questions and then when I answered it’s like it didn’t even hear what I was asking for and gave some stupid pre scripted response and then gave me products that didn’t meet my criteria. I have better search results for discounts on google. Deleted after 20 minutes cause it was a waste

This is a must have for new parents!!
It felt so hard to even know what I needed or wanted for our baby before using this app. Now it's the first place I go when I want to buy anything for my family, and it helps me navigate what I want when I don't even know what to ask for - I still don't really know how to describe the cooler for breast milk, but it found the perfect one for me!

This app feels like the ultimate first time parent hack. Before Highlo, I was going deep in rabbit holes on baby gear because everyone was telling me something different. Great place to search for design/forward cribs
There’s so much out there trying to upsell you or convince you to get baby products you don’t really need. This app helps you figure out what you actually care about without having to know before you start and it shows really curated design-forward products just for you. Loved it for my crib shopping.

Great for helping with big decisions!
Such a great user-friendly app, like having a personal assistant to help you shop for your new baby and family. It’s hard to wade through all of the recommendations and lists out there for the essential baby gear you need- this simplifies that process so much! I wish I had it for my first baby, but am very happy to be using it for our second.
