About

HIIT Trainer is a minimalist interval timer: set your work, rest, exercises, and rounds, tap start, and let it run. ● Automatic timing — warm-up → work → rest → round rest flows on its own; no need to touch your phone ● Voice coach — English or Chinese callouts for each phase and exercise name, with countdown beeps and haptics, so you never miss a cue even with the screen locked in your pocket ● Background music — energetic on work, chill on rest, fading out at the end to let the countdown through; import your own tracks too ● Energy-ring interface — big countdown + progress ring, light/dark adaptive, readable at a glance mid-set ● Workout history — every session saved automatically: day streak, weekly minutes, full history, and CSV export ● Daily reminders — schedule per weekday to build the habit ● Zero friction — no account, no ads, no data collection; your workout data stays on your device Great for HIIT, Tabata, jump rope, indoor cycling, and any bodyweight routine built on work/rest intervals. Universal for iPhone and iPad. The interface is English by default; you can switch to Chinese in Settings → HIIT Trainer → Language.

A big upgrade to the exercises: • All-new articulated animation — the figure on the training screen is no longer a bouncing icon. Hips, knees, ankles, shoulders and elbows each move to a real gait cycle. The sprint has a full drive-tuck-lift loop; the cyclist's feet stay locked to the pedal circle with spokes turning in sync. • 12 exercises, up from 2 — added Burpee, Mountain Climber, Jumping Jack, High Knees, Squat Jump, Skater, Plank Jack, Butt Kicks, Push-Up and Jump Lunge. • Pick your exercises on the home screen — tap "+" under This Workout to open the picker; they run in the order you tap them. Every card animates live, so each move is recognizable even at thumbnail size. All animation is drawn in code at runtime — zero added download size, crisp at any screen size.
