STILL No playback time showing on iPad
Once again after today's update, not showing playback times on iPad, always used to be visible.
Device Offline
Since update shows offline and cannot view! Nothing wrong with Network etc.
Need some fix
I am using this for a year .My big concern is cameras go to night mode anytime and I can’t change it from app.The camera light is on in broad daylight 🙁🙁.it’s really frustrating.Developer should work on it asap.

Na versão para iphone para travar o portão eletrônico é lento, no caso para clicar para abrir o portão e em seguida travar em determinado lugar ele trava, então tem que destravar esperar um longo tempo para funcionar o botão de travar

Really Disappointed
Like many other users here, it’s just like they have said. As soon as one fix is implemented another one occurs. Right now all my cameras show as offline when they are all online and the CCTV system is working and I’m totally blind to what’s going on in my property. Please stop pushing out updates if you haven’t thoroughly tested them.

Reliable, great features
Thank you the creators of Hik-Connect. So easy to use, works great 24/7, from setting up recordings to getting alerts to alarm to sending voice, it’s all amazing. It even detects bugs meaning it’s great, detection works great. It lets me set area where I want to alert by checking in boxes with red color. Awesome . Very good cameras with high resolution

Aplicativo com má funcionamento
Estou a mais de uma semana tendo problemas técnicos no aplicativo, começou com problemas para acessar imagens anteriores nas câmeras. Agora não consigo acessar nada nem o ao vivo. Não há nenhum tipo de suporte ou canal onde se possa solicitar ajuda. O app sempre funcionou direito mas agora começou a dar essas falhas e só tem piorado.

Problems. All the time.
First I had login problems when I first got the app and after those issues were finally sorted, it worked for a few months until it started showing that my cameras were offline even thought they are definitely connected to WiFi. Needs to work better. After one problem is sorted, another one pops up. It works when there is no issues. Would not recommend.

Garbage app
Used the app for 3.5 years then it stopped working. App was up to date and it just stopped showing camera views and no recordings for all 4 hardwired cameras. Customer Service is worthless. I had to get all new cameras. I do not recommend.
