Garbage app
Used the app for 3.5 years then it stopped working. App was up to date and it just stopped showing camera views and no recordings for all 4 hardwired cameras. Customer Service is worthless. I had to get all new cameras. I do not recommend.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for some technical support. Terrible way to do business. I would suggest using another option. You definitely do not want to be in my situation. Choice is yours.
No playback time shows on iPad
Once again after today's update, not showing playback times on iPad, always used to be visible.
Always offline
The app is always off-line so the camera is hardly ever work on the phone
Pretty bad
Very awkward design and UX, video stream is limited to 5 mins, constantly have to restart. Just another chinese software masterpiece.
Sound bug
In Mac when desktop change, app stops playing the camera. The sound should be played.
Record function not working
Are you sure you fix bugs or do you mean by an update? You introduce him because you seem to introduce more than ever fix the record function now doesn’t work !
Every update makes this app worse, not better
30/06/2026 - So the latest update has made my doorbell go offline yet again, after it had actually worked for a while. Why does this keep happening?
Update - doorbell worked fine for about a week, following updates, but now back offline again on the app after the latest round of changes. Still no response from support and I cannot now access the web portal from my phone to log in either. What an absolute waste of time this device is. I contacted support back in December, as suggested - no response at all, poor customer service. My doorbell now shows offline all the time, rendering it useless and not fit for purpose. I am extremely disappointed with a product that used to work so well and now does not. Please make this app function properly.

Login screen scaling issues
The app has serious scaling issues of the logon screen rendering it impossible to logon to the existing profile. Due to scaling issue on smaller screens, the Login button is overlapped by Login via AzureID and Visitor mode making it impossible to tap on.
App Updated and still doesn’t Work 🤬
App used to work perfectly then the updates came and now it won’t even load. What’s the point of having cameras if you can’t view them remotely. Please fix or can I have my money back.

Even after today's update, playback time not displaying only the date!!
They never fix the bugs
The video always freezes when trying to record a section of a video to download. You have to stop recording and the video will start playing again. Pointless app.

Why does Face ID not work all the time
Not working
Live view doesn’t work when you click on to it - just freezes and doesn’t play anything. Also v blurry. Didn’t use to be like this. What happened ???
Need easier alarm and light settings
Need to make the app capable of setting up the voice alerts and alarms instead of having to log into the recorder
