Dark mode unavailable
There is no dark mode. There is too much light when I use it at night. My eyes are getting hurt. Please add dark mode.

Really good app. But needs improvement like user management and ability to check how many devices and which devices are logged in.

playback keep quit
in the latest build, when click playback and it keep quit the app. Please help fix that asap.
Almost perfect!
Great app for security and reacting to undesirable trespassers. Only 2 improvements I can recommend:
1. The alarm tone that the app gives when triggered cannot be customized and is set to the iPhones default notification alert sound. This means that every time the default alert notification on the phone triggers, your heart skips a beat thinking there is an intruder triggering the cameras. It would be very good to give the user the option to customize the alert notification.
2. Secondly - there is no option to train the algorithm when a false alarm is triggered. It would help the user tailor the app to respond only when human/car is triggered and not when other large animals walk past.

Recent updates causing problems
Didnât have any problems but the last few weeks there have been a number of updates and now there is problem after problem. Notifications are wrong for example itâs currently showing 8 notifications even though I keep marking them all as read. Another issue is that you canât scroll up and down in some screens, settings for example.
If youâre going to do updates please make things better not worse.

App is useless
The app was ok until the last update which has now logged me out of my account & the log in page does not work so I cannot log into my account to get access to my cameras via the mobile app! The whole reason I bought the cameras was so I could see what was happening while I was not home. On top of being locked out of my account with no access to my cameras the system would never send notifications to my phone when there was movement detected no matter how it was set up. For such an expensive set up I am NOT HAPPY at all!

App funktioniert und macht was sie soll, einzig wĂŒnschenswertes Feature wĂ€re noch die Möglichkeit der Design Anpassung an das System (Dunkel/Hell), Gerade auch fĂŒr das Widget. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.
Good but could be better
When choosing how many cameras are on screen it jumps from 4 to 9 as I have 5 cameras I could really do with one in between at 6 which most if not all other camera/cctv app have. Itâs a big jump from 4 to 9 but then you only go up in smaller increments 9to 12 and then to 16. Why the big jump in the area that most people will be.

STILL No playback time showing on iPad
Once again after today's update, not showing playback times on iPad, always used to be visible.

Since update shows offline and cannot view! Nothing wrong with Network etc.
Need some fix
I am using this for a year .My big concern is cameras go to night mode anytime and I canât change it from app.The camera light is on in broad daylight đđ.itâs really frustrating.Developer should work on it asap.

Really Disappointed
Like many other users here, itâs just like they have said. As soon as one fix is implemented another one occurs. Right now all my cameras show as offline when they are all online and the CCTV system is working and Iâm totally blind to whatâs going on in my property. Please stop pushing out updates if you havenât thoroughly tested them.

Reliable, great features
Thank you the creators of Hik-Connect. So easy to use, works great 24/7, from setting up recordings to getting alerts to alarm to sending voice, itâs all amazing. It even detects bugs meaning itâs great, detection works great. It lets me set area where I want to alert by checking in boxes with red color. Awesome . Very good cameras with high resolution

Aplicativo com mĂĄ funcionamento
Estou a mais de uma semana tendo problemas técnicos no aplicativo, começou com problemas para acessar imagens anteriores nas cùmeras. Agora não consigo acessar nada nem o ao vivo. Não hå nenhum tipo de suporte ou canal onde se possa solicitar ajuda. O app sempre funcionou direito mas agora começou a dar essas falhas e só tem piorado.
