Looking for a new bank
Although there have been improvements since changing from RCB to HCB, I’m still not a fan. Specifically regarding the app, mobile deposit doesn’t always work, even after updating the uploaded image to inside the mandatory text. Even worse, the alert system I’ve set up to tell me when my account is below a certain amount has never worked as intended. I got the notification after logging in the app manually when it should’ve notified me nearly 2 weeks ago.

Changing all the time
I never know when it is going to work or not. Now the app doesn’t recognize my face, so I have to type in my password every time. When I do have trouble and ask for help it takes forever to get resolved.
Great bank with a great platform for mobile banking.
App works as advertised.
Unacceptable security risk
Recent app update takes 1 to 2 days to text me about transactions. Older version took seconds. If it’s not fixed by the end of November, I’m going to close my account and switch banks. Have called Hillcrest twice and got the runaround. Friends who use Hillcrest are also going to close their accounts. Hillcrest bank simply does not care anymore.

Very Simplistic
I'm tech savvy but a literal child could use this app problem free, very simple very concise, overall great app.
