Good when it works - frustrating and no help when it doesn’t!!
Love it when it works. However it’s stopped working for me and a few others and I can’t work out how to fix it. No help available
It was great until it stopped working
This used to do everything I needed - I could search the catalogue, reserve books and renew books, find out when my reservations were available. And then a couple of months ago it stopped working. Library staff said it was being fixed, but that didn’t happen, and now it seems to be permanently broken. So it was nice while it lasted, and it would be great to have it back. The 2 stars is because it WAS good (I’d have given it 5 stars a few months back). I hope they’ll bring it back one day…

Great app!
I love this app, because I can self-checkout the books not only for myself, but also for my kids. I linked all their accounts and now can checkout, renew and reserve books and other materials across the libraries in Hillingdon Borough. Thanks!
I wish you could also link other online services available from our libraries to this app. (Maybe there’s such service, but I haven’t seen).
