Really enjoy using the Himalayan Java app! Easy to order, fun to collect beans, and always handy for my coffee runs. Just wish it loaded a little faster sometimes.
Unable to login
Once I enter my mobile number to sign in, the screen goes blank. It has been over 5 days & I am still waiting for a call from ‘support’ team. 1 star for sub-par software & service.
Can’t even signup
I don’t get any otp in my number when signing up and if I try to resend the otp it says it can’t find an account on my number.
How can the devs not QA such a basic functionality?

I have coffee everyday at Himalayan Java. But neither can I log in with my old account nor sign up for a new one🤷🏽
Not able to Redeem
Redeem is not happening after i go for the checkout. I redeemed once, but not now.

Java app is scam!! It never works. May be they are trying to save their free drinks points

Worst experience and scam.
They told me we can redeem the drink with this app. I even got the call to receive the drink. But when I get there, they told me all the servers were down but they can’t view the order. But we were able to see it in our app. They were not even friendly. They told me to go complain the app developer. The worst part was, I can’t even get the drink tomorrow won’t be redeem coupon.
Just a scam to make people download the app.
