please fix this app so we can use it too!! my himirror mini is pretty much useless without the app and they are not compatible.
App crashes
I’m trying to change the router, which can only be done via the app, but the app immediately crashes after opening, so I can’t update the router. Useless.

i got the hi mirror mini & on the mirror, on this app & as well as the actual website plus the hi mirror skin app it will not let me register! it keeps saying my email is already in use & ive tried up to 5 different emails on every thing i’ve tried it says it. the hi mirror skin app let me put in my email and press next when i press next it keeps saying registration failed. on the actual mirror it says data error. for how expensive this product is it is extremely faulty & cheaply made. i am very dissatisfied and disappointed. will be returning

Can’t Update!!!!
First, i never spend my time writing reviews EVER because honestly some of these developers could care less, but I’m realllllyyyyy upset about how excited I was to receive the mirror and after setting it up it said i needed to update Google Play Services. Once i tried, i tried again and again and again and it said the came back with the same thing again and again and again that there was an error code 910 that i would be able to update i still really confused as to why it would tell me this and yet when i tried it gave me an error so pretty much NO YOUTUBE FOR ME ☹️😕 i get it first world problems but even more so it said to download this app which DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO LOGIN, even after checking to make sure i was entering in the right info. Again supppppper disappointed. If i could give this 0 stars i would at this point.
