This company is no longer able to be contacted, the app won’t allow you to reset passwords, printer cannot be used properly without app.
I now have a very expensive paperweight.

Crap

App freezes upon launch. Using an iPad Pro, latest iOS. Deleted and downloaded the app multiple time with multiple iPad reboots. Unacceptable.
