Server problems
It seems the company is constantly having server issues, so I shouldn’t have expect anything more from the app.
I wanted to love the device, but I can’t even use it.
Forget about the customer service aspect - “Christina” is the gate keeper for the company, and despite her lack of ability to find solutions, she will not elevate the problem to someone who can. All in all, it’s like this company was founded by a great person who then handed it off to a petulant child who doesn’t know how to run the company.
