I have an ongoing repair issue for my Elara Ipro RO and I have had the worst experience so far. The product is still in warranty period, it has been bought just 4 months ago and I have had water leakage issues which even after raising multiple tickets with the customer care, no resolution has been made. I have an ongoing issue since last 15 days with zero resolution.

This app completely disconnected from hindware
I have in the past raised requests through this app and the guys would respond within a day or 2.
This time, I raised a complaint this time a month back and got no response from hindware. Finally, I called them today through the contact us on the app itself and the lady said they have no data of mine, no complaint, they didn’t even know that I’m a customer. The ticket still shows open on this app
