A little difficult to setup.
WiFi connection constantly slow and off
I red the reviews about WiFi issues, and I still didn’t want to believe it. Sure enough there’s issues with WiFi. Most the times it’s very slow to connect and display the schedule. Then form time to time WiFi is lost

So far the app has been extremely easy to use and the controller was inexpensive. After two weeks of using the controller and app, I would highly recommend them.

Deleted and reinstalled after it said data loading be patient. Thirty minutes later my patience wore out. Now won’t let me login. Was fine for over a year

App loses connection every other day. Won’t allow me to log in. Controller won’t let me run manually. It’s useless. There are better products on the market
Can’t access remotely
Unable to access remotely today, very annoying
It was OK when it was working. Now it is dead.
Started using it yesterday after getting my new system set up. Got as far as testing the zones, naming them, and adding photos to identify them. The UI is really complex, and needs simplification, but I was willing to look past that minor issue. However, when I went back into the app a couple hours later to start programming schedules, everything was missing/blank as if the whole app was wiped. I closed/reopened the app, but that didn’t help. I logged out, but when I tried logging back in, I got a timeout error. This has been going on for almost 10 hours now. I’m completely unable to access the system, and now I have to turn my valves manually just to water my lawn. If this had happened while I was away from home/out of town, I would be livid. I’ve emailed support, but waiting for a reply as it’s a weekend right now. Not a great start to my experience with Hioazo. Considering a different brand now.

Easy Setup
This sprinkler timer is so easy to use compared to other timers on the market. My last timer was an Orbit brand and setting the timer up was complicated and time-consuming. having Internet capabilities is also a great feature with these timers as I can start a quick run time from anywhere I can get an Internet connection. The price of these timers is also amazing as they are about half the cost of other brands with Internet connectivity.
