What a joke. If you need warranty support the web site forces you to the App which is broken. Tell me why I need an app to file a warrant claim for a defective valve. On top of the fact every one of these valves has failed in less than 2 years. Atrocious customer service and the naked attempts to collect data are insulting.
Companies like this need to fail.

I have tried using both the app and the online version. The app won’t work at all. The online version works to a degree, but won’t allow me to print an actual report. Worthless.
