About

One log for a complete five-day cycle: two HIT strength sessions taken to failure, and two cardio sessions — 4×4 VO₂ intervals and a threshold or 30/30 block. Strength and conditioning tracked together, with a single job — beat last cycle's number. OPENS ON TODAY The app knows where you are in the cycle. Upper body and VO₂ intervals on day 1, lower body on day 3, threshold or 30/30s on day 4, rest on days 2 and 5. The session you need is the first thing you see. THE NUMBER TO BEAT, ALWAYS ON SCREEN Every exercise carries last cycle's result inline beside its target range — reps and load on the lifts, intervals completed and RPE on the cardio. You never tap through to find out what you did last time. TELLS YOU WHEN TO CHANGE SOMETHING Two rules run automatically as you log: • Top of the target range two cycles running — time to make it harder. Lifts get more load, a slower negative or a single-limb variant; cardio gets another interval or a higher pace. • Reps down two cycles running at the same load — you're under-recovered, add a rest day. CARDIO LOGGED AS CARDIO Interval sessions record intervals completed, the RPE of the hardest one, and a note for pace, power or route. Threshold and 30/30 blocks are tracked separately and never compared against each other, because minutes and rounds are not the same thing. DAILY WEIGHT, READ PROPERLY One weigh-in a day plotted against a 7-day moving average, because daily readings are noise and the average is the only line worth reading. Optionally imports from Apple Health, so a connected scale fills it in for you. BUILT FOR LOGGING BETWEEN SETS No keyboard. Every field is a large stepper that starts on last cycle's number, so recording a set is a tap or two — not a typing session with a keyboard over half the screen. EVERY EXERCISE LOGGED THE RIGHT WAY Bilateral lifts, unilateral lifts with separate left and right counts, timed holds like planks, interval sessions and threshold work each get the fields they actually need. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-in, no servers. The app makes no network connections at all. Your training history and weigh-ins never leave your phone.

What's New in HIT 5 Day Cycle

1.1

August 24, 2026

• Cycles advance when you train, not when the calendar rolls over • Stopwatch for the plank, with last cycle's time on the dial • Hold + or − to change weight fast • Add or fix past weigh-ins, and export everything • Fixed: making an exercise harder no longer flags you as under-recovered • Цикл продвигается по тренировкам, а не по календарю • Секундомер для планки, с результатом прошлого цикла на циферблате • Удерживайте + или −, чтобы быстро менять вес • Добавляйте и исправляйте прошлые взвешивания, экспорт данных • Исправлено: усложнение упражнения больше не считается недовосстановлением
